Why the reviews are credible

Trust scores are worthless if the reviews are cherry-picked, so here is exactly how the record is built. Reviews come from two sources: Judge.me post-purchase review-request emails sent to real customers, plus direct on-site submissions. Each review is checked by a person before it is published.

The part that matters most for honesty: negative reviews are published, not hidden, and the full star distribution is always on display. A store that shows its 2-star and 3-star feedback alongside the fives is a store that is not managing the score. The criticisms we are not hiding
